Now it gives its name.

Garyong (臥龍) is a dragon lying low — one who hides their skill and waits for the right moment. I worked under that name for many years.

I studied under five teachers and worked through more than 1,500 books on myeongni across 22 years. What I learned on the page I matched, one case at a time, against the lives in more than 30,000 consultations.

Most people come to me carrying the ordinary worries — love and marriage, work and career changes, money and health. That is what the great majority of those 30,000 consultations were about. I see one person an hour, and I hear them out.

The same eye that reads a person’s current also reads land and buildings worth billions to tens of billions of won. Running a development company, taking part in construction on some twenty mid- and large-scale buildings and in over a hundred entrusted property transactions, I learned that property, like a life, has to be timed and chosen carefully. When to buy and when to sell, when to hold and when to let go — we decide together.
