About Park Gi-su
Garyong (臥龍) is “the crouching dragon” — one who hides their skill and waits.
On a phone-consultation app I worked quietly under that name for years.
Now I put my own name to it, and carry the greater responsibility that brings.
When people are struggling, the first thing they do is search.
“Should I end it?”
“Will they call?”
“Why is it only hard for me?”
Most of them never get a clear answer. What search returns is somebody else’s story, not theirs.
To me saju is not a tool for settling the future. It tells you where you are standing right now, and gives you a basis for choosing again. Building that basis with you is the work I do.
I read the value of property and the fortune of people together, and help with life’s important choices from hands-on experience rather than theory.
For many years I consulted on a phone-consultation app under the name “Garyong”.
I never stayed inside one school. Over 22 years I read more than 1,500 books and studied under five teachers, keeping only what actually holds up in a real reading.
Acquisition of Mudeung Plaza (around KRW 40 billion)
Took part in construction of 20 mid- to large-scale buildings (around KRW 50 billion)
Handled 100 brokered property transactions (around KRW 100 billion in total)
Plus numerous other property acquisitions and development projects
Not confined to Korea — I keep widening the ground the practice stands on.
Teaching forces me to put in order what I think I already know.
I have also sat in rooms that call for a different kind of judgement than personal consulting.
Only items that can be evidenced are listed here. Each figure is the scale of that particular project; they are not a combined total.
Saju is not a tool for fixing the future. I explain the possibilities and the current; the choice stays yours.
I don’t leave technical terms as they are. They get translated into everyday language and real examples.
No fear-selling. No talismans, no upsells.
Not just fortune. We decide what to do first from where you actually are, and in what order.
